2025 Spring Season Baseball
Registration for our 2025 Triangle Baseball Spring Season for 7U to 18U divisions
PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE MESSAGE AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFO!
Hello Triangle Families,
Registration for the Spring 2025 Season will go Live Nov 20th! As we have done in previous years, for the first month registration is open you will receive Early-Bird Pricing which is a 25$ discount off the regular Price. Please Note that in order to qualify for this early-bird pricing, you must be registered and paid in full Before December 20th.
There are a few things to note about payment and fees during registration.
- You must pay at the time of registration- there is no option to register now and pay later. If the division you are registering for is "full" please register your child on the separate waitlist group for that age. Please Note: you will have to pay for this waitlisted spot, unlike previous years where you didn't have to pay until a regular spot came up. If you have applied for KidSport funding assistance please contact our registrar.
- If you have any outstanding invoices- these must be paid before the system will allow you to register.
When registering, please make sure you choose the correct hat and jersey size for your child, if we must order a new jersey due to wrong size being selected during registration checkout there will be a $25 jersey fee to pay for the new jersey. Hat can be exchanged so long as we have the new size needed in stock.
VOLUNTEER DUTIES- We depend on our volunteers to make the season run smoothly! We require a $200 “deposit” for volunteer fees- All families will need to provide us with a $200 cheque per player (Max of 2 per family) at the Meet & Greet. Once you fulfill your duties- we will destroy the cheque- Sorry no Etransfer payment options this year. Volunteer info and options will be emailed out prior to season start and can consist of Meet & Greet, Photo day, Concession shift, etc. For those unable to help volunteer you can buy out for $200 under the store tab on the Triangle website. Head and Assistant coaches do not have to submit a volunteer cheque.
Team Duties to support your child's specific team(s) include Scorekeeping, Field Prep and Field Cleanup. Every teams family are expected to share these responsibilities each practice and home game. You cannot opt-out of Team Duties and Team duties do not count as a Volunteer shift.
If you are registering for one of the Sooke teams- please make sure you look for the separate listings for those programs. Sooke teams will be made as coach/player numbers allow us.
Registration Refund Policy- Cancelations during Early Bird period will incur a $50 administrative fee. $150 will be deducted from any cancelation between the Regular and Late registration period. Any cancelation once registration has closed will be a forfeit of your entire registration fee.
