April 8th will be photo day this year, please come dressed in full uniforms at the scheduled times below.  Our photographer is known for getting through photos very quickly so please show up 10-15 minutes before you divisions scheduled time.

Please read the important registration information below...

We do anticipate that there will be some bumps in the road as we are trying something new this season with these payment plans so please bare with us, we will try our best to get things figured out as soon as possible.

So to reiterate once again, there are 4 ways to pay your fees for Spring 2018 and they are as follows...

1) By credit card,online, paying dues in full.  

Now depending on the dates it will fall into either the "Earlybird", "Regular" or "Late" time periods, date ranges are listed below. So to choose this option it will look like this when registering.. ."PAY DUES IN FULL - EARLYBIRD (ONLINE)" with "REGULAR" and "LATE" replacing earlybird for the appropriate time periods. 

2) By credit card, online, payment plan.

The website is automatically set to debit your credit card for the pre-set amounts on the pre-set dates. Amount's and dates are listed in the table below.  If you don't register until October 20th for example it will take that initial $60 payment upon registration and the next set amount on November 1st as stated. To choose this option when registering.. "4 PAYMENTS - ONLINE"

3) By Cheque, payment plan.

4) By Cheque, paying dues in full.

Now for Options 3 and 4 here is how it will work.  If you want to do the payment plan please write 4 cheques in the amounts listed below, for the dates listed below. Please write players name and division being played on the memo line. If you would prefer writing a cheque to pay your dues in full that's fine as well but we must receive it in hand during the range for which you are paying.  For example, if you would like to take advantage of earlybird pricing for your novice child at $147.50 we must have the cheque in hand before early pricing finishes November 14th. If not received in time we will amend your registration to require the difference in fees between the period in which you wrote it for and the next period. If you would like to choose either of these options during registration you will see... "PAY ALL DUES NOW" at the bottom of the page below "PAY DUES IN FULL - EARLYBIRD (ONLINE) AND "4 PAYMENTS - ONLINE"

Choosing "PAY ALL DUES NOW" will allow you to register your child online first. It will take you to the next page asking for credit card information where you will see a button that says SKIP/PAY LATER.  This will get your registration in, waiver's acknowledged, shirt size sorted etc so when your cheques do arrive we can easily find your account and apply the payments.

Cheques can be written out to "Triangle Athletic Association" and sent to our PO box at the below address.

*PLEASE NOTE - Payment plan options are not available for the t-ball division as the prices are already at a low cost.

A few things to remind you of again while we have your attention...


AA Registrations 

For those going into the PeeWee and Bantam divisions, please register in those divisions for now.  We will be running AA Tryouts the week immediately after late registration closes. After those teams are chosen we will run regular house assessments for mosquito to bantam the following week.

***PLEASE NOTE - For those kids that make the AA teams, there will be an additional charge for uniform deposit, travel and tournament fees etc payable upon notice of successful admission to the AA program so please be aware of that. Approximate totals listed below.

Sooke Registrations

If we can make full teams then great but if registration can't yield a full team the Sooke players will have to be absorbed into our Westshore based programs.In order to keep all programs located on our one website you will find Sooke options for each level that we offer from T-ball all the way up to Bantam so please be careful during registration and make sure to register for the appropriate division.

Special requests

We will make every attempt to carry out your request but remember it is only a REQUEST so there are no guarantees.  We have built this into the online registration process so PLEASE enter your request at the time of registration.  If it is not done during registration and you don't think about it until after there will be ONLY ONE PERSON that will handle requests and that is our player agent.  Keep in mind that we don't take requests for Mosquito/PeeWee/Bantam.  These divisions have assessments and drafts for a reason, to make the teams as even as possible.  The only real request from here on out that we can accommodate will be sibling requests.

Volunteer Fees  

Always a hot button topic.  Last year was it was $100 ($200 this year, payable during checkout if you want) to opt out of volunteer duties and surprisingly we had 37 people choose that option.  Ok great you say, $3700 in the bank but we don't look at it quite the same.  We are not in this to make money, we would much rather have some help during the season for one of the many duties we need to carry out to make this program run, just this post alone I've been writing for about 3 hours trying to convey all the info you guys might need.  We will be implementing a new volunteer tracking program that we hope will organize all of our issues.  You will be able to "claim" duties, probably just 1 per child, on a first come first serve basis and for when your child is not even playing!  It is the same program that Langford Fastball has used for a few years with great success.  Once again we will take cheques for those that plan on volunteering and return them upon completion of duties... but we won't collect those until early spring.
