15U - Bantam AA

Much like the 15U Bantam Division this 15U Bantam AA Division is very similar in it's parameters.  The same rules apply for the most part in all 15U Peewee divisions, it is the level of competition and associated costs that can be different.  After a couple of early season assessments (Feb/Mar) the team is formed, it is meant to be for the "best 12" players in the park..or thereabouts for roster size.

Age Requirements -

Age limits for this division are 13/14 year old.

For next season (April 2019) you will have to be 13 or 14 as of December 31st 2018

FAQ's -

Q - When is registration?

A - We like to encourage people to sign up as early as possible, this season we started earlybird in October 2017.  It went fairly well but we will probably push it forward further in the fall.

Q - How much does it cost to play?

A - 2018 costs were $262.50 for "earlybird" level, $297.50 for "Regular" pricing and $372.50 for "Late" fees.  All of which are only a $12.50 increase over 2017 in order to cover an increase of umpire costs. "Earlybird" pricing runs until a pre-determined date where members get a cheaper price for registering earlier. This helps us immensely in our pre-season planning.  We did try a payment plan option in 2018 but it wasn't really used that much despite a lot of initial interest.  That option is being review. Please also note that there will be an additional $80-$100 fee due over and above the registrations costs if you are successful in making the team.  This is to cover additional uniform requirements.

Q - What kind of commitment does Bantam AA require? How many sessions a week?

A - 3-5 days a week.  Many factors like field availability and coach schedules dictate the days that this division ends up playing.

Q - How long is the season?

A - The season starts approximately the second week of April and runs until about the 3rd week of June.

Q - What equipment does my child require?

A - The must haves are a helmet, glove, cleats and ball pants.
